Inventory photographs, itemized lists, and reports are provided only to the client who purchase
service.
We do not share inventory reports or photographs with insurance agents, real estate agent partners,

Clients may choose to share their inventory report with insurers or other parties at their own risk.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Standard Service Clients:
Inventory photographs and reports are securely stored on our servers for 30 days followin the
completed inventory report. After 30 days, all photographs and inventory data are per deleted.
After deletion, we retain only:
– Client name
– Client email address
– Referral source (if applicable)
Subscription Clients:
Clients who purchase a subscription service allowing annual inventory updates will have t data
retained for future updates.
Photographs and inventory data are stored on encrypted long-term storage servers and u facilitate
annual inventory updates.
Clients may cancel subscription services at any time. Upon cancellation, stored inventory data will be
deleted according to our data retention procedures.
