Introduction

Welcome to Be Proactive, a service of YNot Imaging LLC. We assist clients in documenting and
organizing personal property through structured home inventory services.
These Terms of Service explain how our services operate and define the responsibilities of both the
client and the company. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and
understood these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling an appointment, paying an invoice, signing our Client Service Agreement, downloading
or using our inventory reports, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be legally bound
by these Terms of Service, the Client Service Agreement, and the accompanying Liability Waiver.
Electronic acknowledgments, digital signatures, and online acceptance of these terms are considered
legally binding and carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.

1. Scope of Service

Be Proactive provides home inventory documentation services intended to help clients create
organized visual and descriptive records of household belongings.
Services may include photographing visible items, organizing images into structured documentation,
and producing inventory reports for personal organizational use.

2. Professional Limitations (Non-Advocacy)

YNot Imaging LLC and its services, including Be Proactive, are not public insurance adjusters,
insurance brokers, insurance consultants, legal advisors, or contractors.
We do not interpret insurance policies, negotiate claims, advocate with insurance carriers, adjust
claims, or provide legal advice.

3. Client Verification Process

Clients possess the most accurate knowledge regarding the history and identity of their property.
After the inventory draft is delivered, clients have five (5) business days to review the document and
request corrections regarding brand names, model numbers, quantities, or item descriptions.
If written corrections are not received within this review period, the report will automatically be
considered Final and Client Approved.

4. Visibility of Items

Documentation is limited to items visible and accessible during the service appointment.
YNot Imaging LLC is not responsible for documenting items located inside drawers, cabinets, safes, containers,
boxes, or other concealed areas unless presented by the client during the service visit.

5. Estimated Values

Any replacement values included within inventory documentation are estimates generated using
available reference data and automated tools.
These estimates are provided solely for organizational reference and do not constitute professional
appraisals or insurance valuations.

6. Data Retention

Upon delivery of final digital inventory files, the client assumes responsibility for securely storing and
backing up those files.
Be Proactive, a service of YNot Imaging LLC, is not a permanent data storage facility and does not
guarantee long-term archival storage unless specifically provided through a separate subscription
service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YNot Imaging LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or documentation.
Total liability for any claim related to the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the
client for those services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full
force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Client Service Agreement and Liability Waiver, constitute the
entire agreement between the client and YNot Imaging LLC regarding the services provided.

11. Updates to Terms

YNot Imaging LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
